Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recently decided to change putters. My current one is a Pinnacle TriLine which I've had for nigh on 22 years. It served me well over the years but I feel I've gone stale with it so I decided to change.....

After a bit of searching I decided upon a G5i from Ping

Managed to get on ebay for €130 delivered which appears to be a half decent price. Just wondering does anyone have one or have an opinion on it.

PS... I did want to get a Ping Redwood but could'nt justify paying €250.

ping generally don't make bad putters mate so i'd say you are on to a winner. i recently bought a new putter too after years with another one. i went for the new odyssey 2-ball, but the ping g5i's all looked nice. Particularly the ping tess.

In short, i'd say you've made a wise decision.

    Hey guys,
I recently bough the Ping Craz-E cavity and must say I love the thing. I upgraded from a starter set Wilson ProStaff, horrible thing, no weight, no feel just a stick and a lump of metal.
I have only had 2 rounds with the ping putter, my first round I didnt more then 2-putt for the 18 holes, very good for me, then last weekend I nailed a40ft put, that along was worth the €170 price tag.
The thing I like about it the most is the weight, from a few feet out I feel like I cant miss, if I do happen to be slightly off the pace is perfect.
So in buying that Ping I think you have made a good choice.
    Hope you enjoy
