ST renewers, have your cards been debited yet?

    I ask because my home ST renewal which "went through" last week has been cancelled by my bank because the club failed to request the fund transfer after the initial approval was given.

    Might be worth looking into.

    You can log in to your One Hotspur account and check your Booking History to see when the renewal was processed by Spurs, might give some idea of where you stand.

    Also, bit of advice...e-mail the club rather than phoning, no point in being out of pocket to sort out their mistake.

    The payment for any seat moves won't be processed for another 10/14 days.
