MS Vista compatible printer ?

    Have a new Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop, with MS Windows Vista and looking to buy a printer - multifunctional printer (printer, copier, scanner).
    What should I look for when researching which printer to buy?
    Is there a good compatible brand out there?

    Chances are that the vast majority of printers with XP or Windows 2000 drivers will work with Vista.

    I haven't seen any posts regarding incompatibility issues with printers at all.

    Your main issue with the multi function devices will probably faxing, if you require that. Otherwise an up to date copier/scanner/printer should be fine.

    Anything by Canon very good support 32 & 64-bit Vista.

    Check the support site for drivers of any product you want.
