Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

They are locked to the o2 network but if your Dad rings customer care they'll give him the unlock code as soon as its on the system.

Once the upgrade goes through the unlock code SHOULD be available to the agents in care.

Double check if it's unlocked or not first though, I bought one recently and it was open.

Do Left, star, star, left on the phone when you get it and you see a list with network and network subset on it. If the top lock is open then it's unlocked. If not call care.

It usually is on the system straight away but there have been problems with Sony Ericsson unlock codes over the last few weeks. It may take a couple of days but they will get it for you.

I've never had any hassle with unlock codes for a phone on my billpay account.
