Keeping track of incoming traffic

After going over my bandwidth limit this month, I've decided to try and find a program that will keep track of my downloads.

I'm using Sygate Personal which has the handy little graph to let you know was speed you're downloading at, but what I'm looking for is a cumulative logger type program.

Any ideas?

Vnstat is one option, but I think it only runs in linux http://humdi.net/vnstat/. If you happen to be running a linux router with one of the alternative firmwares then it is a good option. If you have multiple computers on your network then you kinda need something that will run on your router.

If you only have one windows pc then you could try something like this http://sourceforge.net/projects/freemeter/ or this http://www.metal-machine.de/readerror/.

That's perfect. I needed one for my unix box as well as 2 for my windows machines that are on the connection too..
