Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dangerous car drivers

Almost got run off the road today by car on North Circular road. As ther was no way to overtake me the car driver tried to pass on the left side. No room either so he almost knocked me off. Then he tailgatted me until he managed to get passed. This all happened at 7pm in normal commuter traffic. I wouldn't write about it…

i can top it, last nite i had a car pretty much aim for me on a junction (ie. came into my lane and hammered into me almost head on) Nothing i could have done except brace for the fall

Bike is in bits and i aint walkin properly for a while

i had a lad in a civic pull out in front of me to do u-turn rhile i was overtaking a line of stopped cars.
he out me in hospital for 3 days, out of work for 2 months and left me, currently, with 15% movement in my left wrist.
and a written off motorbike.

i know im preachin to the choir, but watch out for these drivers.
ive had a few lucky escapes like everyone but in the end, they get a dented wing and you lose your ability to ride for the entire summer, or longer.
