    It’s the middle of the night at St. James Hospital.
    The phone rings at the Nursing Station. The Staff Nurse hurries to answer it.
    “Hello. Premature Ejaculation Unit. May I help you?”
    “Oh yes,” replies the caller. “It’s Mrs Murphy – I was hoping for news of my husband”.
    “I’m sorry, Mrs Murphy”, says the Nurse. “I’m afraid it’s still touch and go”.
