Hi all,I'm thinking of getting a VW Caddy for private use.Was wondering what is the story with insurance.Getting some conflicting opinions i.e can only get commercial insurance.Doing a bit of work around the house for the next while and the car is beginning to get a little rough looking from lugging about bags of cement…

Not much problem getting commercial insurance. I recently swapped over from car to van and to commercial insurance. If you're paying for the car at the same time it will be a fair whack though.
