I used to put salt on my food not a lot but certainly enough to taste then one day I got my blood pressure checked and twas a bit on the high side. I decided there and then to stop adding salt. I used to use salt years and years ago, it is quite nice but it is bad for you to eat that much salt, so I stopped.
I voted for the wrong option in the poll by accident.

I used to put salt everything I've kind of stopped recently though, no particular reason why, i jus don't think i really need salt on my food!

Having siad that I'd still add it when i'm cooking the food though!!
