    We are holding a Charity Triathlon on Saturday 11th August 2007. This will be the 5th Year of the Triathlon but the first year it's going to be going up through Charlesland. I'm posting this on here for two reasons

    1) Ask you all to be patient on Saturday 11th August as 250 triathletes will be cycling two loops of the spine road. We are hoping to raise over €60,000 for our two chosen charities The Alzhiemers Society of Ireland and Aware.

    2) We are trying to get as many locals involved as possible and are currently still open for another 2 weeks. The website www.kingofgreystones.ie is running but the registration page is down. If you want to take part in the Triathlon please email damian at amphibianking dot ie with your name address and phone number.

    This is a fantastic local event and we are always looking for Volunteers so if you are around and would like to help raise some money for the charity (we don't shake buckets, we'll just ask you to help out with traffic). You can also drop me an email at the above address.
