    both prisoners mixed up in mark kenny release mistake had ER tattooed on them ... extra republican!!? hardly, but anyone know?

    It stands for 'Elizabeth Regina', or Queen Elizabeth (have a look at a British postbox if you don't believe me). They're loyal to the crown!!
