    Just three weeks to go now until the 'London to Hove' sixty mile 'Charity Bike ride' registration forms still available from the Capital to Coast website £ 26.00 GBP (inc tee shirt). http://www.capitaltocoast.org.uk/index.cfm?content=63&Menu=18

    Should be a lot easier than the London to Brighton seeing as there are only Two thousand participants (approx) instead of the (Twenty seven thousand) who usually do the London to Brighton bike ride!

    I am taking my bike on the Ferry from Dun Laoghaore to Holyhead (One hour Thirty) > then train down to London (four hours) ...................:)

    Should be a great day out for all > enjoy :-)
