jap import sat nav??

can anybody here point me in the right direction.....
just bought a jap import toyota altezza that has a factory fitted sat nav system built in2 d dash, was just wondering is it possible to install irish software in this system?
Im not that concerned with actually having satnav in the car, its just that it seems a bit pointless the way it is at the moment and would be a nice touch if nothing else to hav it working right.
This screen also works as a tv, i can kinda pick up sum reception on it(dodgy RTE and Tv3), so while im on d subject I wouldnt mind learning how 2 tune that in properly 2.
So if anyboby knows anything, or knows anybody who knows sumbody who knows sumthing, please let me know, tyvm and cheers

You would need to buy a Toyota/Lexus Sat NAv disc that covers Ireland.
Regarding the TV there should be an auto-tune function somewhere in the TV menu.

The discs from Toyota are hugely expensive.

ypu, have heard of far too many people with jap satnavs not working to believe that a TMME satnav disc will work on a domestic japanese car
