Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

City 1-0 up after a Colin O'Brien on 5 mins.

Game is being played in Icelandic national stadium. Apparently there are more City fans there than Icelandic ones.

Would be a great result if it were to stay like this.

    1-0 HT.

City meant to be on top so far. No-one at it by the sounds of it. I was listening to a bit of the live commentary on 103FM and I could literally hear no crowd at all.

Was moved from Valur's 3,000 capacity stadium to the 15,000 capacity national stadium for some reason though.

Renovations at their ground or something.

    2-0

    Kearney freekick. 2 away goals:)

Ireland national team could learn a lot from Cork City's performances in Europe the last few years.

    2-0 Kearney.

    Should see us through.

If we get through this round we will have Colin Healy and Gareth Farrelly available for the next round so things are looking up.

    True enough.

We have to do some serious shopping in July. Need at least 2 forwards and a right winger.

Hammarby 1-0 up against Klaksvik from the first leg, so it'll probably be them in the next round.

Same when we played over there against KR, it was moved to the national stadium. I don't think any of the club grounds are really up to holding European games as hardly anyone goes to the matches.

About 500 there when we played there in 2004 in the CL qualifiers, about 20% of that Shels.

good win. according to a mate who was over there they weren't up to much. hopefully now we'll get a good crowd in the box next saturday, and we'll see a few goals as well..
