Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I have an old Nokia phone(fits in car's hands free holder) and whenever anyone rings me the phone will only ring 4 times before it goes into the message box. Is there a way to change this setting and where would it be.

    Call your mobile operator and ask them to change it. It's the easiest way.

    just type in **61*0865(rest of your number)*30# and press send is you want to change it to 30 secs,replace the 30 with whatever you like and thats what itll ring for

    This will only work on billpay. For speakeasy you need to call cust care.

    Thanks guys. Mobile is a billpay so the algorithm should work. Just a newbie question, are the *'s just that, they do not represent any part of my number? In other words if my number is 0862222222 I would type **61*08652222222*30# for a 30 sec wait.

    Well I typed in the above and it did not work. After I pressed "Send" it requested but then a big red thing came up and not complete or something came up.

    i think its actually **61*08652222222**30# (ie a second * before the 30)

    edit: just tested on meteor and it returned "divert active"

    There's actually a typo in that.

    It should be: **61*08x5xxxxxxx**n#
    Where the x's are your phone number and n is the time in seconds (5/10/15/20/25/30) before it goes to voicemail.

    And yes, you type the * and # on the phone keypad where required.

    ++ edit ++
