Hello ,could someone help me with a cc query please :) :confused: Ordered goods on an irish .ie website on the 25 may. Cancelled on 26 may. Goods weren't instock when they should have been. Ordered goods on an irish .ie website on the 25 may.
Cancelled on 26 may. Goods weren't instock when they should have been.

I made 4 calls in total to an 1800 number and was told the order was cancelled.

Whats the maximum cancellation stretch ,to get a refund.

They are fine on the phone ,bue it's a month now and nothing. I cancelled the order almost immediatetly.

Someone is going to start pressing the punch button on my back soon and things will get animatic.:D

dont bother with the company do a chargeback through the credit card company.
