Did he basically play from 6pm up till Justin came on stage or what to replace Fergue? Or did JT introduce him on stage? They did announce it the day before but it was a sell out concert anyway and they didn't need to announce him...

No he came on about 7.15 or so. He replaced Fergie cos she was at the Diana Concert.

Also Sunday night wasn't a sell out, only about 25,000 plus Vicar St people!

Did they really announce it the day before? I hadn't been listening to the radio or anything so i wouldn't have heard but i didn't think anybody around me was expecting it either.

I was the only one expecting it...I rang FM 104 and Spin the following day because they said it the day before and they knew nothing of it...ridiculous.

I'll say it again! They couldn't get the gear out of the RDS ans set up in Vicar St in time so the gig wasn't possible. This was only discovered when Justin's people sat down with Aiken during the week. Justin didn't pull a sickie.

During the week? And they decide to tell punters that day, when they have arranged for travel and accommodation in dublin city for that night?

They could have atleast announced the cancellation as soon as they heard.

My girlfriend had even decided what she was wearing!how organised is that for once?
