    Does anyone have a link to tell the exact steps for this?

    I see where there are companies that "draw up legal documents" for a fee but I thought you could do it all yourself dealing with Revenue etc and Filing with the CRO should also be straight forward.?

    It would be a One person company with two directors.

    There is a good link at http://www.italliancegroup.com/careers/information.asp with the forms needed but is it the same for one person/more than one person limited companies?

    I would beinterested in links or peoples own experiences.
