I'm new to cycling and from reading the forums I have learnt that you are better off getting a higher quality second hand road bike than a cheapo new one! I would like a good second hand bike around the €200 mark. Comfort and reliability would be my priority. I've been offered a Raleigh P3000 hybrid and also a Claud Butler…
