Heading to Oz for the year and was wondering if anyone could recommend any good employment agenices that will find you work? Is it a good idea to register with an agency before I leave Ireland?

Don't think it is necessary to register before you go as most are fairly prompt in responding to applications.
As for recommending any so many out there but the few I dealt with-Cox Purtell, Hays and Dixon were all excellent helpful and accommodating.
    Happy travels :)

I presume you are probably in Oz by now but just on the off chance...When you get to a city, get the local yellow pages from the hostel, take down all the email addresses listed and literally email your cv to all of them. It takes a couple of hours but I got a job within in a week when I was in Perth. It helps if you can go to the likes of FreeSpirit or a library where the internet is free.

    Happy travelling
