error 619-Port is closed 3 usb modem

    My friend keeps having the above error coming up on his 3 BB usb modem. I have told to delete it from his control panel and re install. This does not seem to work. Any suggestions or answers

    does he get the message when tries to connect??

    could be a firewall problem...tell him to switch off the firewall, just to see if it makes any difference

    yes he rang 3 twice, the second time they came to the conclusion that there was a problem with his account and it came down to a wrong number on his direct debit mandate form thus his account had been suspended.

    Once his a/c has been re-activated he should be able to reconnect then,best to wait till it is
