New build - looking for a (relatively) future proof motherboard

I'm going to be doing my first build at the end of July when the new Intel chips come out. I'll probably go for a QX6850 and over clock it to 4GHz. I'm considering these two boards:
Asus P5K Deluxe, P35, Socket-775, DDR2, WIFI, eSATA, ATX, 2xGbLAN, 2xPCI-Ex16

or

ABIT IN9 32X-MAX WiFi, nForce-680i SLI, Socket-775,ATX,2xGbLAN,DDR2,2xPCI-Ex16

Both state that they support 1333MHz FSB. I was originally going to go with an 2 x 8800 GTS 320Mb SLI config (so the 680i would be a goer), but I think a single 8800 GTX 768Mb would be a better job.

I would go with the Asus board, better oc'ing, support and chipset.

A single 8800gts 640meg would be a better buy cost/performance wise
