Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

thinking of getting one of these to use on the meteor network and home wifi etc. Will they work on meteor with correct settings and are they any good. GPS option will come in handy. Also notice free upgrade to windows 6 mobile.

i got the x500, its predecessor.
the gps works very well. never had a problem with it.
it's an unlocked device so shouldn't be any problems using it with meteor settings. i use my device on vf- no problems setting it up for mail and internet.

the x500 is a pda/gps device first but it's still fine as a phone.
haven't used wifi a lot tbh but when i have never had a problem with it.
wm6 is downloadable from the eten site.

I was looking at the X500 there recently - I saw comments on review sites that call quality wasn't great, ie the audio in particular as opposed to signal. Do you find anything like that with the X500?

I'm surprised people don't consider these type phones more - they seem to me far better value than stuff like the N95 for example (just to pick a random example and not meaning to pick on Nokia!)
