Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm trying to print a document with text boxes. On my home computer thiis document prints fine and the text is exaactly where I want it so I'm assuming all the document properties are okay, yet when I try to print the document form work all I get is a blank Page.

I'm trying to print from a HP Laserjet 2200 in work and it prints fine ont he Lexmark P4350 at home.

Has anyone any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

Probably your MS Word settings in work. I've seen this before, but don't quite remember the fix.

In word, go to Tools > Options and click on the Print tab. Ensure that "Hidden Text", "Drawing Objects" and "Background Colors and images" are ticked.

If that doesn't work, have a look at the settings on your home machine and duplicate them in work.
