Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just installed my new bluetooth dongle sofrware and tried to use it but I seem to be missing the driver ksuser.dll.

    No joy on microsoft.com

Can anyone tell me where I can download it safely?! I'm not very "technical" (!) and terrified if I go to one of the sites Google throws up I'll end up in an awful mess!!

    Any advice much appreciated! :)

    Thanks a mill for that!

    Just one more question!

When downloading the file do I open it or save it??

Where do I save it to? (really have no clue! )

Save it and put it in windows\system32
    Thats where they usually go.
you may also need to register it: regsvr32 filename.dll
