if so can you let me know who you've been dealing with (is it still Greg?)

i moved in about 6 months ago and now loads of cracks are developing in the celling. Do durkans have to come back and fix this??

No. They're settling cracks. We've all had them at some stage.

Wait a while until they've all appeared, then invest in some Skim Coat (iirc) to fill in the cracks and just paint over it.

decks, check your lease agreement on your property (or ask your solicitor)...there may be a defects liability period clause stated (6 months or 12 months)

They would be required to make good certain defects...probably worth your while looking into it.

You'll get more cracks as things go and they will settle after about a year once you've gone through the 4 seasons (not the hotel)!
