Text/Wrist tattoo

Hi, Im wanting a small tattoo at the very top of my wrist (as near to my palm as possible). It's to say "Are you where you wanted to be" over two lines and in my own handwriting. The total span of the tattoo will be aprox 1.5cm x 6cm so only tiny. Was wondering if anybody could suggest a place/person in Dublin who would be…

I think Jani in Celestial Ring in Stephen's Green is very good at that sort of thing...but he has a broken arm at the moment, so it might be another few weeks before he's back to work.
