My company uses this shower, as the net/sys admin they are a complete management disaster... even eircom are fabulous in comparison.

Basically one of my branch office's is having a structural issue. so we're getting out of the building asap and setting up in a half way house until we find a perm home.

Now due to the half way house having no phone lines our 10-15 users in this office need their extensions from that office forwarded to their mobiles. pretty simple stuff you would think

6 phone calls, of which the six involved at least 3 transfers, uptight and unhelpful british bints and even less helpful assholes. no managers to be found and our account manager wont even take my calls.
