    i want to tile the downstairs area and i dont have time to do it about how much should i be paying for 29 sq yards.they ae plain tiles so no designs to match

    Not sure where you're based and what type of tile you have but a good price is €15psy for ceramic or €20 psy for porcelein. We have just gotten a bathroom done in (central) Dublin and the average quote was €20 psy for ceramic tiles, rising to €25psy for porcelein tiles

    (we had to provide all the the adhesive, grout, trims, etc in addition - the price quoted was for tile laying only. There were extra charges if ply was to be laid, etc)
