Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How difficult or easy is it to change networks while in a contract?

I'm about 18 months into a contract with O2 but am considering leaving them.
Is it difficult or just a case of telling them I'm off?

If you're in contract with your existing provider they may release your number and send you a final bill for the remaining months (i.e. how much you would have spent if you'd stayed in the contract), or they may not release your number until the amount is paid.

Ring up O2 and tell them you want to leave and see if they can offer you a better deal.

Just pop into another networks shop or reseller with your passport and your last O2 bill and they can sign you up - they'll submit your cancellation request to O2 if you don't mind being billed what is due.
