    Hi,

I'm installing a new window cill, and was wondering should I put a DPM under it? or do you just put them under outside window cills? Also, is there anything else I should be doing when putting in a new window cill?

    thanks,
    J

    window cill
if you mean window board? no you don't need it under it..

Use one of those nomore nails type glue to stick the window board in place, nice neat job and no nail/screw holes to fill...if its a varnish finish, before you fit it give it three coats of sanding sealer, lightly rubbing down between coats. After you have it fitted and any other patching done. Just a light rub of sandpaper before you varnish, and you'll get an excellent finish.
