Is the Newstalk internet stream always this bad

Just listening online (I don't too often) but their stream is jumpy and clicky, I even tried the low bandwith stream which seems no different, and their windows media link just doesn't work at all. Always this bad?

yep, whenever I've used it it stutters terribly
