Either Bill Green of Curlew School of Motoring or Vincent O'Neill of Pass Plus School of motoring, both excellent and cover the Tallaght area.

P.S. and no I am not associated/related to them. Have you not left it a bit late to be considering getting lessons if your test is next week.:) Best of luck anyhow with it.
