Video Business as regards VAT

    Asked this already on the Biz section with not much joy so decided to try here.

    Can anyone especially from Ireland tell me that is Video Editing, Wedding Video etc considered a Service or Goods business?

    Reason I ask is the guidelines registering for VAT here is
    €70,000 for businesses which supply goods (where not less than 90% of the annual turnover is from the supply of goods);
    €35,000 for other businesses, including those supplying services.

    Probably the answer to this question is interpeted the same in every country.

    Wedding video sells the DVDs to the bride and groom?
