Recommend new CPU fan for ABIT IS7

    Hi there, Im trying to figure out a good cpu fan for my Abit IS7.
    I was thinking of this - Zalman CNPS7000B-Cu

    But Im not 100% if it will fit. Any ideas or another one, the
    CPU fan I have at the minute is making waaaaaaaay to much
    noise, plus the CPU temp is 45'C.
    I know this isnt really high, but I transferred the PC to an
    Antec 900 and everything has gone down by about 10'C except
    the CPU.

    Would I be better adding a picture to this too?????
