    ...in 4 years and 4 months :D

Not bad, eyh ? ...roughly 800 per year.

Took a deposit on the Jimny yesterday and that's all it lost me over four years.

And I didn't sell at an inflated price either.

Congrats on the sale.....it's always great to get a relatively quick sale. So whats next for the driveway?

It was a perfect, just in time sale as well.

Just passed the NCT on the Syncro today, so it's ready for insurance and tax by Monday and the Jimny will be leaving Monday evening.

Best bit is, the buyers have dogs as well and were delighted to get the dog guard and boot cover.

My '91 Integra gained 1,500 euro in the two and a half years I had it! :D

Nah, not into that kinda lark at all.

I only tidied it up a bit, did the usual maintenance and fixed some stuff. All in, I sold it in better condition than I got it.

    yeh but ...

I didn't "do up" the Jimny, I just kept it serviced and looked after it.

So ...despite the ridicule ...it turned out to hold its value fairly well.

    I'm happy anyways.

When I was in getting my NCT a fella in the waiting room was getting his Jimny tested. There were a few farmers also waiting and they and the NCT tester approved of the Jimny, the consensus was that it was a "great yoke" :)

I didn't "do up" the teg either. Just fixed what needed to be fixed.

    800 a year is good going (tho I did better! :p )

Many's a new car will lose a lot more than 2700 by just driving off the forecourt...
