Customising Vista GUI..

Hey.

Is it possible to customise the Vista GUI much?

What I would like to do is replace the disguisting blue ball in the bottom left corner with something a bit more tasteful, like a camera shutter or whatever.

Thanks for any advice on this.

Windowblinds the only easy way to skin Vista, it is a commercial app.

Skins can be gotten on Wincustomize.com

Windowblinds is just the program that allows you to change the UI, Skinstudio which you also have to buy is the program that makes them so if you want your own custom skin thats what you need.

Unofficially there might be hacks out there Neowin Vista customize forum is the place to check.

You could try Litestep but I don't know if it'll work on Vista:
