Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NguCXO2T1ew - just watching vids like this remind why, no matter what I think of their last 3 albums, when they bust out something like, man just makes me feel excited about music again

Really is something else, isn't it? Only bad thing (IMO) is Kirks solo seems a bit off.

Gonna give Justice a full listen tomorrow now.

Kirks solo seems a bit off.

off in what way - not being note perfect?

Sorry Zapp, you just highlighted one of my biggest peeves about concert goers who mention about guitarists/drummers/singers missing notes, not playing note perfect, forgetting/muddling up lines, etc.

Seriously if people want note perfect - they should stay at home and listen to the albums.

I'm excited about the 2009 World Tour (assuming from previous patterns with them and Maiden) that should be the Justice for All album in full tour ??????
    Now that would be something......
......that along with the Maiden tour next year that should be Powerslave etc.........yes indeed things can be exciting if a little old......:D

of course having said that none of this will probably happen.......

we should get a Met date on the next tour - album tour, so I'm assuming that's next summer.....

For me, it just seemed a bit behind where the rest of the band were.

    Metallica

    "On Oxygen Tanks Tour 2023"

    Imagine.

Twenty Years ago we created an album after almost 6 years away from the studio. This effort became our eigth album St Anger.

Here tonight we shall revisit that album, and play, in its entirety

    "St ANGER"

Saw this played last sunday in Belgium...my god it was unreal. couldnt believe that they pulled this one out. Same as Ride the Lightning, great songs. Really glad I got to hear them done live. Its tough to headbang the whole songs though

I was at Metallica in Wembley Sunday July 8th. Incredible. Wondering how many people were there... 70-90,000?

Best part had to be the end of Memory Remains when the crowd kept singing it for about 2 minutes after the band stopped. They just watched smiling from the stage loving it!
