While there is still a general North East forum (this one here, hey), there's now sub-forums (fora?) for each of the counties in the area - those being:

(I'm sure PORNAPSTER and Sarge will agree when I joyously yell... "Hooray! More stuff to moderate!"...) :p

I'm not going to start going mad moving stuff that's already in "North East" to these forums but may do so for new posts that are specific to one of the counties and not the rest.

Basically, just start posting in the new forums yerselves as appropriate but keep the general non-county-specific North-Easty stuff in here. 'k? Noice. :)

Links to these new forums can now be found under the "Regional" drop-down as an off-shoot of the "North East" option. If you can't see the new forums there then your browser is caching the old javascript menu and you need to clear the cache or do a shift-reload (click the reload button while holding the shift key).

You can consider the charter of the North East forum to be in effect on all these sub-forums.

Enjoy the new forums and give lots of joy-joy feelings of love and gratitude to Daddy Cloud for making them...

I wonder what forum no. 1,000 will be... can't be far off...

The best way I think we can use the new forums is that if you have a specific question about that county then post it there but as bard said we have no intentions of moving threads to and from forums just be considerate for your fellow users and the lazy mods.

Enjoy the new forums but still utilise the north east forum for what it is worth there is a small community already established here so lets keep it that way .
