today i noticed the car wasn't sounding normal like it should. i have a 2002 fiat punto. as i got out of the car today it sounded funny like it was choking or some thing like that. i decided that i would just llok under the car the choking in the exhaust system sound like it come near the front of the car. what sould be…

Choking in the exhaust usually results in cutting out. I'd say you've more likely a misfire or an air intake problem. Get your regular mechanic to look at it.
