poor quality camera from IBOOD.COM.HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK???

    guys,
    i got my BenQ 7 megapixel camera E720 from IBOOD.COM just one month
    ago.and i had some
    bad experiences with this camera,
    1,every time i review pics on camera,
    i try to press left button(there's flower
    logo on the camera) to make pics go backward for rewiew,i have to press 4 or 5 times or sometimes there was no respons at all.

    2,and the camera is dead by itself so offen.i had to take the battery out of the
    camera,and then put it back to camera, and start it again.

    3, i am not sure the problem which is normal,the body of camera is so hot after working for 5 mins.


    thus,guys,how can i deal with IBOOD.COM,I Sent 5 emails to them two weeks ago,no respons at all.what can i do with them,please tell me,guys,thank you

    Contact the maker of the camera. Inform them of your problem.

    Contact your credit card company, inform them that the goods are faulty and you have made all efforts to contact the supplier.

    Also, look up their phone number and give them a call, rather than just email.
