Interailing Route Question (URGENT)

Ok so we're in Rome and we want our next destination to be Dubrovnik. We're leaving Rome tomorrow. We were planning on gettin some sort of ferry from the east of Italy but now we're not sure about the cost. Can anyone advise me on the right option here??

are attica ferries free on the interrail ticket? not sure but i always thought they were, if not you can get an outdoor seat on a high speed ferry for fairly cheap i think, just bring a warm jumper

Shouldn't cost more than €30 from Bari iirc. Long trip though.
