Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there any way to port a number from meteor to 3pay other than posting off the form? Can you ring 3 CS to get it done?

    Is the postal method reliable?

Go to here: CS should then ring you and confirm the details. Alternatively, drop into a 3Store, fill in a form and it will be faxed almost immediately. Remember, porting closes at 4pm. If you hand it in at 5pm they'll start work on it at 9am the next day and it's usually completed in a couple of hours. It's really simple. I've done it for all members of family except me. As an employee, when I got the staff phone I had to take a new 3 number, which was fair enough really.

Really? It's working for me.. Hmm. Try going to www.three.ie. On the page they have four 'sticky' items with offers, services and deals that keep rotating. The fourth is generally called 'Need help..' with one of the items in that box being 'Bring your number to 3'. Hth.
