There's no initiation, you just need to go buy a round of drinks for everybody in the bar and be on constant standby for battle Have a read through this thread from start to finish, it should give you an idea of what we do. Also look for a thread called "Irishbirds Mental Comment" in after hours, to see the Strike Team in action!! 0
