Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I need a new Exhaust - Help please

    Hi guys, I have a Kawasaki ZZR 250 (2002) and my exhausts are showing bad signs of rust (especially behind the fairings) and small holes half way down the pipes. I suppose I need new exhausts at this stage as its happening just as bad each side. The wierd thing is its garaged and cleaned every day :(

    anyways, yes, Does anyone know were I could get these parts? Or know how to repair these holes and rust effectively????

    Is that related to a balius zr250? I might have a set of headers that could fit if it is.

    Rusted header pipes are really common on Jap bikes. If theyre very bad, you just wont get to repair them really. You could try Demon Tweekes or M&P in the UK for replacement headers. (You didnt say if the end can needs replacing). There are also a few non mail order suppliers that might have them but youd prob have to ask your friendly neighbourhood bike shop to enquire for you. (Or pm me and Ill check for ya.)

    Some of the parts are interchangable with the zr250 and zzr250. The ZR250 is a naked version of the ZZR250 and uses slightly different parts to the ZXR250. The pipes are sitting in a shed at the moment so if you want them PM and I'll give them to you free. They need a new end can but thats all so the one you have should fit. Maybe there's another forum who could advise if they would match up. Might be worth a try if it saves you a few euro
