Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If there was a hypothetical court case between RIAA and YouTube, or RIAA and the creators of the videos RIAA might not necessarily win becuase there are defences that could be used such as fair dealing for educational, discussion or review purposes.

However, I imgaine that YouTube's attitude is we've been asked to remove something, we don't want to be sued, lets remove it.
