Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Liverpool: Martin, Finnan, Hobbs, Paletta, Arbeloa, Pennant, Sissoko, Peltier, Hammill, Idrizaj (capt), Brouwer. Subs: Roque, Threlfall, Lindfield, Spearing, Nemeth, El Zhar, Simon, Hansen, Huth, Darby, Flynn.

How come he never gives Anderson a game...? Is there something we're missing. He's won tons of man of the matches in the reserves

How did Hammil, Hobbs and Brouwer get on?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,508 ✭✭✭Daemonic

Hammil tried to do too much, needs to learn to look up and pick the simple pass. Hobbs looked solid, as did Huth in the second half. Brouwer had a couple of chances but was totally outshone by Idrizaj.
None of the reserve team players really looked on a par with the first teamers who played today.

Does Finnan have it in his contract that he has to play every game the club is involved in? All young players/second string, yet Finnan is there from the start. Is he not allowed a rest?

Its part of Rafas plan to replace him , has bought like 5 players or so already and Finnan has killed all challengers in a deathmatch style arena. rafas new plan is to burn him out :)

The lad who scored a hatrick, will we ever from him again in a pool jersey?

I would imagine so, he is a rafa signing and on the club website rafa reckons that if he works hard he could even break through this season.

    Hammil, Hobbs and Brouwer
That sounds like a dodgy solicitors firm.
