Buying food online

Are there any online shops based in Ireland that sell the sort of things you might find in a health food shop? (Other than the stupid supermarkets which only deliver to Dublin.) Some things are light and hard to source. Bonus for any of the following: they accept paypal, delivery is cheap or free, buying in bulk = cheaper.

haven't heard of any. most places only do whole sale. you need to travel!
