Single room for rent in Mount Brown, Dublin 8. It's a decent sized room with wardrobe, drawers, bedside locker and space for a desk if required.

Sharing the house with 2 guys (both late 20's).

It's a great house, well kept and in a good location - just 2 minutes from St James's Hospital LUAS stop.

There's parking, an electric shower and a large DVD and music collection.

Rent is 430 a month.
