Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Change over from Voda to O2

I changed over from Vodafone to O2 at the weekend and they said they'd perform the port today.

I got a text message about 10:30 to say that they'd changed me over and that I'd get another to confirm I'd joined their network, and that I was to put my O2 simcard in (to my new phone obviously).

I did it and it keeps telling me sim card registration failed.
I've restarted the phone each time to make sure its retrying the simcard, still the same.

Any idea how long it will take to start working?

Another question (sounds stupid :o ), do I need to phone Vodafone to cancel my bills etc?

There was an automated message on the helpline today about issues making changes on accounts - maybe this affected you?

    Ring O2 and check.

The port will automatically cancel your existing account..

It eventually went though this morning, ridiculous.
    I hope I haven't made a mistake leaving vodafone.
